We only have 3 MAIN Rules:

1.  Respect ME

3.  Respect THOSE AROUND YOU

With these 3 rules we can X out any competition you come across including our biggest competition....OURSELVES.

RESPECT IS EARNED NOT GIVEN.

It is only then can we be the change that we want to see in this world. Things cannot change unless we change our mentality.  With Xclusive Sports, respect is what will set us apart from all other competition and you will KNOW US when you SEE US.

Tournaments/Travel Fees

Practices will be MANDATORY unless school related or family excused. Practices are Saturdays 9am-12pm and Sundays 3pm-5pm. (times can change due to weather or be cancelled. Make sure to check Facebook or the website or team groupchat). We know life happens and our teens wear many hats so we try to work with them and do not hold it against them if they do not make it to all practices but just not showing up is not an excuse to come to games and play but not put in work. We don't work like that. This is a team and we will work as a team.

As we know, we have to pay to play. Tournaments costs money. Traveling costs money. This is why we are constantly doing fundraisers and seeking sponsors to fund our organization and team. The more we get the less we have to ask. Our goal is to NOT have to ask any of our parents to pay anything towards our travels. We want you to be comfortable in knowing your child is well taken care of when they are in our care. The only thing we need from you is your support and getting our name out there. Each child should participate in fundraisers if they are apart of the team and are wanting to play and travel. It is not fair to others if one child works and others do not. Again, this is a team and if  we work together we can accomplish more.  Most tournaments are 2 days. So that will include transportation, gas, hotel, and food. We usually only travel to Louisiana, Texas, and in state to Mississippi. We will also hold our own tournament as well. My hopes are to get on an even bigger stage this year and go to the BIG SHOW in DALLAS!

Youth Director

My name is Janie Love

Janie Leigh has a heart for youth and a passion to make a difference. Moving back from the sports hub of Texas, she came back to her home in Mississippi seeking the same exposure and excitement she and her children had previously had. She always had a vision due to seeing her son work day after day to train athletically but not having the resources or people to help to train him. She put  him in little league sports at a young age. She envisioned an organization where youth could be trained and get more exposure in her city. She has watched the youth of her city succumb to violence and drugs. She knew the talent outweighed all of that if they just had someone to present the opportunity. Educating them on the importance of academics, scholarships and perfecting the talents they already had. She wanted them to be EXCLUSIVE! She has been around youth her entire life. She started teaching Sunday School children Mt. Zion Baptist Church when she was a child herself to make learning about God fun. She graduated from North Pike High School and later attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College where she majored in Business and Office Systems Technology. At the time of attending school, she relocated with then husband to Conway, AR where he attended the University of Central Arkansas and was later drafted by NFL team, Tampa Bay Buccaneers. She came back home and taught PreK at Pleasant Grove Christian Learning Center where her talents and love for children spoke for itself. The children taught under her went to Kindergarten more advanced than most their age. Later she became the Teen Coordinator/Counselor for the Boys and Girls Club of SWMS where she used innovative ways to educate teens about handling peer pressures and coping with the struggles of being a teen in today's society. She later became the Teen Program Director and built a team of likeminded individuals to try to carry on her methods. She stepped away from youth for a moment to receive her CMA(Certified Medical Assistant) from Delta Technical College in Ridgeland, MS. Making her way to Texas she was asked to be apart of a great organization that was ALL about youth ran by owner Kevin Shaw. Xtreme Youth Sports Elite, Inc. moved her from not just working with youth  but to behind the scenes of organizational  structure, how it's ran and political standpoints. She was apart of the media podcast for youth and even created a curriculum to educate the youth that were in sports on how to handle difficult sports type situations and how to speak in interviews and even topics that plagued youth to see how they could help. She now hails 3 types of businesses that are geared towards inspiration and creativity.  X out the competition is a statement. X out all the doubters,  X out all the naysayers and put YOURSELF in the game. With her strong faith in God and background in athletic knowledge and experience with cultivating youth and creating a fun and inspiring atmosphere to bring out the best in them, THIS is EXACTLY the type of energy her city and the world needs
