Welcome to the Xclusive Sports help center. We have pulled some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers and compiled them all into one place. Should you have any other questions that we may have missed, don’t hesitate to reach out.
What ages do we cater to?
We are geared towards youth first and foremost. We can start training at the age of 10 years old. As of right now we are starting our first 15-16 year old 7v7 Travel Football Team and training them. We are looking to add ages 12 years and other ages. If you would like to bring your child of 10 years old-18 years of age out to practice and get trained, you will need to complete a registration form and see the fee for the gear needed for the training being requested. We also require a liability waiver to be signed while training with our organization. Times vary for practices as we want the youth to get all they need to get out it.
Practice times are:
Saturdays: 9:30am-12:pm
Sundays:2:30-5:00pm(optional)
What are the fees and what information do I need?
For 7v7 Travel Football Teams the Registration(once you make the team) is $38 for your uniform that you will be able to keep and an extra $13 for your Zorts Player Card that is mandatory for your child to have to get into tournaments. They will need to complete a registration packet, have valid ID/Birth Certificate, sign the release of liability waiver and an email address is needed from a parent to complete the Zorts Player sign up information. For normal practices and trainings
Registration fee is $40
This fee will include gear that is to be worn while training with Xclusive at AT ALL TIMES and yours to keep.
NOTE: ALL FEES ARE FINAL!! THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
What else do you do?
We train in football, basketball, track, baseball, weightlifting, boxing, and even just all around being healthy and fit! We will be offering other sports teams throughout the seasons for youth coming soon as well. ( Girls and Boys Travel Basketball, Girls 5v5 Football, Girls and Boys Track and Boxing) Our goal is to give our youth in the city another outlet to do something positive and learn discipline in a healthy way. Not only will this help our city but our school systems as well. If we all join in together for one common goal, imagine the great things we can do. We want to give exposure to our youth for scholarship opportunities and to be seen on a bigger platform as they travel out of state and meet coaches and recruiter and make new friends and see new faces.
Are you Tax Exempt and 501(c)3 certified?
Yes, we are legal and licensed with the State of Mississippi and can show you proof of our business as well as our EIN number upon request for tax exemption purposes ONLY. We have a registered agent and lawyers who handle all of our particulars for us. We are nonprofit so we cannot sell and take money for ourselves by hiring workers. Everything you see with Xclusive Sports is people who love youth, have a passion for what they do and do it voluntarily. So this means, we ALL HAVE 9-5 JOBS!! We all have families just like you do. But we take out time to sow into your child and cultivate their craft. We CAN do fundraisers to help with fees of travel, room and board, tournament costs and overhead to pay for food to gift to the youth. We CANNOT pay ourselves or workers.
How Do I Become a Sponsor, Donate or Pay for Registration Online?
For donations or payments you may either pay by Cash, Check, PayPal or CashApp. If you are needing the EIN number for tax exemption purposes, please reach out to us via email at xclusivesports121@gmail.com with "Request EIN for DONATION or SPONSORSHIP" in the Subject line. For all other donations you may send them through to our CashApp at $XclusiveSports121 or PayPal at paypal.me/xclusivesports
We appreciate any monetary donations/sponsorships but we also accept any donations/sponsorships for football equipment, sports gear, shoes, head gear, etc.
Sponsorships will be featured on our banner as well as our uniforms and flags to be promoted as we travel to tournaments. Sponsorships once donated will last for a year until donated again.
Sponsorships have to be in the amount of $2,000 or more for it to be featured on banners and gear.
